Seven dimensions.
Who you really are.
Personality can't be captured in a single sentence. That's why we measure seven dimensions that together paint a nuanced picture of how you tick and who really fits you.
35 questions. 7 dimensions. Grounded in the Big Five model, the gold standard of personality psychology. Not a black-and-white result, but a scale that shows where you stand. And where someone else stands.
Explorer spirit
Familiar → CuriousHow open are you to new ideas, perspectives, unknown topics? Explorer spirit shows whether someone prefers the familiar or actively wants to explore the world. Similarity here creates shared conversational ground.
Energy
Quiet → LivelyWhere does your energy come from: solitude or community? Introversion and extraversion aren't opposites, but they shape everyday life. Here you often fit well together precisely because you're different.
Connection
Pragmatic → EmpathicHow do you handle others' needs? Deeply empathic people need a counterpart who recognizes that and doesn't take advantage. This dimension shows how caring and attuned someone is in relationships.
Life rhythm
Spontaneous → StructuredHow do you organize your days? Plans vs. spontaneity. A similar life rhythm dramatically reduces everyday conflict and is one of the strongest factors for long-term satisfaction.
Inner weather
Changeable → SteadyHow intense is your inner emotional life? People with similar emotional intensity understand each other intuitively: nobody feels overwhelmed or unheard.
Closeness
Own space → TogethernessHow much closeness do you need in a relationship? The need for space or togetherness is one of the most common conflict points. Similarity here creates safety.
Communication
Direct → DiplomaticHow do you communicate in conflict and everyday conversations? Direct and diplomatic types can complement each other very well, as long as both respect and understand the other's style.
How well do you fit?
Not every dimension works through similarity. Energy, for example, can complement well through differences: a calm person and a lively one can balance each other beautifully. Other dimensions like life rhythm or closeness are more stable when they align.
kindred factors this in. Drawing on findings from over 40 years of relationship research, kindred weights each dimension by how much it actually matters for long-term satisfaction.
Energy and Communication often benefit from differences. Different styles enrich each other.
Life rhythm, closeness and inner weather: alignment here means fewer everyday conflicts.
